I woke up with one of the worst migraines ever this morning. The first sunny morning in weeks and I was stuck inside hoping the advil would do something and wishing I had a cornflower blue refrigerator like Rachael Ray.
In other news, my new epson printer is supposed to come today! So I can start selling prints soon :) Stay tuned...
The flu has seriously kicked my butt for the last few days, I can't remember the last time I felt this sick. The tylenol kicked in so I crawled up to my studio to make this quick post....will definitely not be painting today, but here's one I did last week:
I was tried a different approach to this little painting, sometimes I feel like I just have to try something new....it doesn't always work, but I always learn from it. I like how this one turned out though. I started by covering the canvas with a very dark, almost black solid wash. Then I painted as usual but made sure to leave some parts unpainted....something I never do.
