I get to eat cake for breakfast this morning, which means two things: 1. It's my birthday! and 2. I've been working as a full time artist for a year :)
It's fun to look back at the paintings I did a year ago, I think I've made some good progress. Hopefully by next year they'll be even better.
This was my little First Friday painting. I don't know if I'd call it a demo, since I was tucked in a corner where know one could see me :) It's probably one of my favorite plein air paintings though.
My blog was a little broken yesterday... so huge apologies to those who clicked on my links and got super annoying pop up ads instead. I think I've fixed it now. So hopefully you can actually see the painting below :) Another big one for my harbor series.
