Here's a view I definitely wouldn't come across anywhere around here! I loved the color of the bright blue sky next to the golden hued hills, and the light on the temple structures made it even better.

It's always a challenge to know how best to portray sunlight like this. I'm not saying this is the best way, but I'm pretty happy with the effect.

When I saw this photo I knew I had to paint it. There were so many fun elements, the bold shadows and angles, the bright colors, this was just a joy.
